Gimmick: Dr. Smith is the self proclaimed Master of Mind Games. He uses thugs and dirty tactics to do what he knows he can't do in the ring by himself.


History: Dr. Smith was a doctor in a wrestling federation. He told a wrestler that they weren't cleared to wrestle, so they attacked him. Since then he has entered wrestling to use his knowledge of human anatomy to gain revenge! Along the way he had a short feud with one of his underlings, named Carter. When the original PHWF closed he knew it was only a matter of time until destiny brought it back to life, and he was waiting to join it.
